FAQ: What payments do you accept ANSWER: We take all major credit cards, through our secure payment provider (paymate) or paypal.

FAQ:: How are they shipped? ANSWER: We mainly use Australia Post or for bulk large orders we use Star Track.

FAQ: Where is my Item? ANSWER: All Items are trackable within Australia, EXCEPT the magnet strips, blocks or small amount of sheets as these are sent in an envelope & cannot be tracked. You will be sent an email with your tracking number. You can track your order by going to this link. http://auspost.com.au/track/ & enter the tracking number given.

FAQ: How long do they take? ANSWER: We try to ship orders the *Same Day (if ordered before 10am working day) however large or uncleared items may take longer.

FAQ: Do you give refunds? ANSWER: Refunds are only given if the product is faulty as per consumer law.

FAQ: My product was damaged on arrival, what should I do? ANSWER: All our are carefully packed and checked for any creases or faults. If the product arrives damaged DO NOT ACCEPT IT or alternatively if it is only slightly dented write STI (subject to inspection) when signing for it. You can then claim up to $50 through Australia Post.
